Dispel the Myth That Coffee Leads to Cancer

There is not anything we ingest that is more wrongfully maligned than your coffee. It is probably the staple of your morning meal. And I bet you have conversation relative to how many cups you have or do not have. Well I am here to dispel the myth about it.
No one seems to know when the doubts about the value of your stimulating beverage first occurred. But occur it did and then somehow it was linked to your cancer. How did that happen? I think it occurred during the last generation or so, say in the late 60s. For example one researcher reported that your caffeine caused the growth of cysts in your breast tissue. Certainly that caused concern among those that wished to be healthy. And certainly those of you that frequently develop cysts were very concerned as those cysts many times develop into your breast cancer.
No wonder the myth grew larger, as in 1981 a Harvard study discovered an increase in pancreatic cancer among those of you that drank coffee, now that study almost turned into hysteria. But fortunately other researchers later looked for links between your cancer and it and found none.
Other studies evolved examining the risk of cancers in regards to you caffeine drinkers and also found no connection. And in this case it was found that just the opposite is true. Studies found a 24 per cent reduced risk of colon cancer among you people who regularly drank it and this includes the decaffeinated type as well as your tea.
Do you want another reason to have a cup? Some recent studies have stated that it appears that it offers some protection from other conditions such as Parkinson's disease and type 2 diabetes. Now it may make your pressure rise but fear not as a study of more than 155000 women found no connection between high blood pressure and you coffee drinkers.
So the myth that coffee causes cancer is gone. Drink it comfortably knowing that you are doing something good for yourself as opposed to harm. Of course everything has a limit; a lot of it will give you the jitters and may slow your appetite. And as always you must eat well to be well.
I think. I read. I care. I inform. I coach.
Great to provide you with good news.
